Alt2Su is a peer led support group that allows participants to talk about suicidal thoughts, feelings, or experiences without the fear of involuntary interventions or being judged. Participants share their struggles and successes, provide support for one another, and strategize about alternatives to help each other best cope with difficult life circumstances.

An 8-week pre-recorded series broken into accessible intervals to boost brain and body health. Included in the sessions are mindfulness and fitness movements for calming and focus, balance and coordination, strength and flexibility, and finishing with gratitude while refocusing back on learning.
