There is Hope 2020: 15th Annual Walk for Suicide Awareness & Prevention
Walk for mental health... walk to support a loved one... walk to honor a life lost too soon. Join us for the 15th annual There is Hope.

This year, let's bring HOPE to the streets!

Due to recommendations from Public Health regarding large gatherings, There is Hope will look a little different this year. While the walk will not be the same event that would normally bring us together along the Sheboygan lakefront, we are excited for the opportunity to spread hope throughout the county and beyond - reaching even more people.

Join us online on September 12th for a virtual opening ceremony at 9:30 am. At 10 am, we invite you to walk safely in the location of your choice while wearing your 2020 There is Hope t-shirt.

While we are saddened that our event will look different this year, our important message of remembering, honoring, and saving lives remains the same. We look forward to having you join us in spreading HOPE in 2020!

Your support will help Mental Health America in Sheboygan County continue its work providing:

  • Confidential referrals for help
  • Educational programming for youth & adults
  • Support groups
  • Emergency medication assistance
  • Mental health resource materials
  • Advocacy for mental health issues

Visit our THERE IS HOPE page for more details. Donations and sponsorships are currently being accepted for our online auction, raffles, and general fundraising. Please contact info@mhasheboygan.org or 920.458.3951 to find out how your organization or company can support the walk and those in need.
