A Mindful Winter Fitness Experience at Camp Y-Koda

As part of the Sheboygan County YMCA Reset Program, please join us for a unique outdoor fitness and mental health experience with a mindful snowshoe hike and snoga. Mature adolescents/teens and adults welcome.

Mindful Snowshoe Hike 10-10:45 AM

Learn and experience the mental benefits of mindfulness, mindful movement, and forest bathing while enjoying our WI winter with snowshoeing. Stay afterwards for a socially distanced outdoor community gathering with hot cocoa or tea at Camp Y-Koda’s bonfire pit. $5 goes to Camp Y-Koda 

Snoga – Yoga for Mental Health in the Snow 3-3:45PM

Practice some fun yoga postures and exercises in the snow! Dress warmly to spend some time taking in the beauty of the winter snowscape while building strength, focus, balance, and flexibility. Tall boots, layers that are tucked in and warm socks are especially suggested. Yoga mats not needed. We will do mostly standing postures. Stay afterwards for a socially distanced outdoor community gathering with hot cocoa or tea at Camp Y-Koda’s bonfire pit. $5 goes to Camp Y-Koda
