Sheboygan County Health and Human Services Mental Health & Substance Abuse Treatment Center provides an array of services to Sheboygan County residents that are uninsured or under-insured and do not have resources to seek services through community providers. The services provided include individual, couples, family psychotherapy and medication management to treat mental illness or substance use. Our team of clinicians utilize evidence-based treatment models including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, the Matrix Intensive Outpatient Program, Moral Reconation Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
To apply for counseling services, please call (920) 459-3207 Monday through Friday between 8am-11:30am or 1pm-4:30pm and ask to speak with the Behavioral Health on-call.
