Jennifer (Jenn) believes that each individual has the power, capability, and directives to live his/her/their best life and her focus is to help others do that within the best of his/her/their abilities. She centers on the individual and perpetual growth in a supportive and collaborative environment for clients working with individuals ages 8 and up.

Jenn takes a person centered and often structured, behavior-directed approach for clients and their families. Constructing a foundation upon which one can build successes drives her passion and creativity behind that approach and offers great flexibility and room for adults, adolescents, and children to be exactly who they are and grow into who they were meant to be. Jenn works with individuals, children, adolescents, and adults, and parents/caregivers in an action-based and goal-oriented manner to learn new behaviors and address emotional awareness and self-regulation.

Jenn’s areas of focus include anxiety, high functioning autism, interpersonal conflict, social skills, depression, parenting neurodivergent individuals, and adjustment issues, using cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, play and narrative therapies. She welcomes the integration of family into the therapeutic approach to establish foundational growth for individuals within their unique environments.
