Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning her Master of Social Work Degree with a focus in Mental Health. She has additional training in Aggression Replacement Therapy, DBT, CBT, Trauma and Mindfulness. Elizabeth believes in working with individuals "where they are at", while also understanding how outside influences can contribute to current concerns. Elizabeth works with school age children, adolescents, and families with a variety of concerns, including:
