In my years specializing in cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness I have helped people with a wide range of obstacles to overcome. I approach my clients with compassion, warmth, and kindness. I am in our Sheboygan office from 2 PM- 6 PM on Mondays. I am available in our Plymouth location on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 and Saturdays from 8 AM- 5 PM.
