As we navigate back to school plans and the feelings that surround this, MHA would like to offer our community a space to find support. We are honored to provide our Wellness & Compassion Circles, which allow participants a chance to share challenges, voice concerns, and find a community of support as we work through our current world and the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. These strength-based discussions provide a safe and relaxed atmosphere, and have been helpful to other organizations in our community who have been impacted by COVID-19. Please join us for one of our scheduled sessions, or reach out if you would like a Wellness Circle specific to educators, parents, or students within your school or district. We are here for you and happy to support wellness within your school community! PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: CLICK HERE OR REGISTER ABOVE

  • NotOk App - It can be really hard to ask for help, especially in our toughest moments. The NotOK app allows you to
pre-select up to five contacts, and when you press a button in the app, it will text those contacts with your location
and a message that says “Hey, I’m not OK. Please call me, text me, or come find me.” It’s a great way to let your
support system know that you need some help, even if you can’t put it into words.
