What's next?

The conversation continues as the Community Conversation Steering Committee's completed Report with Executive Summary (found above), helps to outline in further detail the top three priority areas identified at the event and how to improve and build on Access, Education, and Coordination of mental health and alcohol & drug abuse services throughout Sheboygan County.

Next steps include:

  • Establish Community Action Teams in June & July to focus on top 3 priorities.
  • Create action plans with measurable goals.
  • Define responsible parties for carrying out action plans.
  • Continue to update all Community Conversation participants and community at large on outcomes with quarterly progress reports.
