Help for Yourself or a Loved One

If you have concerns about a loved one or are experiencing suicidal thoughts yourself, please know you are not alone and help exists.  You can call Sheboygan County's Mental Health Mobile Crisis number 24/7 at (920) 459-3151 or 9-1-1.  The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, is also a resource for you at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
