Our organization has been serving our community for nearly 70 years, and over time we have seen the need and desire for our services and programming grow. To be more inclusive and spread the message that we are here to serve all, MHA in Sheboygan County is now Mental Health America (MHA) Lakeshore with a new office location to better serve our community.

In celebration of our growth, we have partnered with BetterHelp to provide one month of therapy services FREE OF CHARGE to all our community members that are interested!  Just like when seeing a therapist in a clinical setting, BetterHelp allows you to connect with your therapist in a safe and private online environment. All therapists are licensed and accredited professionals. Anything and everything that you share is entirely confidential, and we at MHA will never know whether or not you have chosen to utilize this benefit. 

With online therapy through BetterHelp, you will be paired with a therapist based upon your individual preferences and needs. You'd be able to communicate with your therapist via four modalities of your choice - live video, audio, or messaging as well as unlimited asynchronous texting. All therapists have a Masters Degree or a Doctorate Degree in their field. They have been qualified and certified by their state's professional board after successfully completing the necessary education, exams, training and practice.
