Halloween is here, and so are the treats that go along with it! Even if you don't have a trick-or-treater at home or plan on handing out candy, there is a good chance that you will encounter more treats than usual this week. To help you enjoy those treats at a deeper level, we invite you try mindful eating in this Halloween edition of #MindfulMonday.
On this #MindfulMonday, we are excited to announce that our Mindful Classrooms program officially kicks off today! Our youth educator, Trisha, is thrilled to begin teaching area students about mindfulness and the skills students can use to focus, pay attention, reduce stress, and have kindness for themselves and others. This program will be so beneficial to students in our area.
