I meditate, drink water, get good nutrition, sleep, exercise, practice yoga, repeat mantras, focus on the positive while still addressing the negative, talk walks in the woods or beach, practice deep breathing, remember that I don't have to believe every thought that comes into my head and that I can create and/or affect my reality with my thoughts, beliefs and mental focus.

they are an exceptional group of women, so supportive, caring and knowledgeable. It is nice to know there is someone out there fighting to help improve our society's mental health when so many things in our health and community are affected by it. I can't wait to work with the kiddos!
